Course Structure
The Beginner course is based on the current HSK system (what is HSK?) and is divided into 3 learning packages to make enrolment flexible and manageable.
Beginner 1 – Foundations

Beginner 2 – Building Communication

Expanding vocabulary, daily conversations, and practical grammar

Longer conversations, real-life situations, and consolidation
Trial classes are not available for group courses at the moment.
Students usually start with Beginner 1 and and if you decide to continue, you can progress to the next packages.
Class Schedule
Courses starts every week! New groups open regularly once the minimum number of 3 students is reached.
Exact class times will be confirmed with enrolled students before the course starts.

Payment is requested only after the class is confirmed.
Class Location
Classes take place at a central London shared office space, easily accessible by public transport.
The exact location will be confirmed with enrolled students before the first lesson.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling
Refunds & Cancellations

All booked classes or lesson packages are fully refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.

A 50% refund is available if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Unfortunately, no refund can be offered for cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson start time.
Please note that trial lessons cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.
Rescheduling

1-to-1 online lessons can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Please note that group lessons cannot be rescheduled or changed by students.
Missed Classes

Lessons missed without prior notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
If the School Needs to Reschedule or Cancel
We will give at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
If we need to cancel a lesson, you may choose to:

Reschedule the lesson at a time that suits you, or

Receive a full refund
In rare emergency situations, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative.
